Welcome to HASKAR. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HASKAR website and related services ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About HASKAR

HASKAR is a crypto media project. We publish news, curated content, and operate community channels. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet provider, or financial advisor.

2. No Financial or Investment Advice

The $HASKAR token is a memecoin with no intrinsic value and no expectation of financial return. It is not a security, not a utility token, and carries no promise of future value. Do your own research before interacting with it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If using our services is illegal where you live, you must not use them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site.

5. Community Channels

We operate or link to external community channels (Telegram, X, Discord, YouTube, etc.). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for content posted by community members, and we are not liable for moderation decisions made on those platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, code, and branding — is owned by HASKAR Media or its licensors, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may share and quote our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content commercially without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (e.g., Pump.fun, Solana, Linktree). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Blockchain Interactions

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you interact with the $HASKAR token or any on-chain service we mention, you do so at your own risk. We cannot reverse transactions, recover lost funds, or intervene in on-chain events.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HASKAR Media and its team, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed €100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HASKAR Media and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HASKAR Media operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full force and effect.
